Mallori Choy, who is an Advisory Board Member with the Sjögren’s and Lupus Foundation of Hawaii and also living with lupus nephritis will be helping those who attend to learn more about yoga. She will be teaching a seated yoga stretch that everyone can do!
This can be beneficial for all to help you to improve your energy and circulation. She will also have a guided healing meditation and breath work. There will be goal setting for 2019 as well as healthy snacks prepared by Mallori who is also a nutritionist too.
This is a great way to start your year and to gain some great tips on how you can live healthy and happy with your autoimmune disease!
